I wish I could give 0 stars.... This store is the worse one ever. Every time I have went in here, it seems like don't have any information on the questions I'm asking. They always tell me I'll need to contact customer service. I upgraded a device rectenly and they failed to inform me that my data usage would go way up due to the new device using more even though I still do the same things with the phone as I did with my old one. The device protection was almost doubled compared to what it should have been. They should not be in business if they can't tell their customers any information that is going to cause such a headache and most importantly going to cause such an increase on their bill.
