Made my purchase online overnight. They contacted me by phone first thing the next morning to confirm my order. Tables I initially wanted with my living room suit, weren't available that day, they offered to allow me to choose another set or order the others & deliver as soon as received. Their staff have been friendly & courteous everytime I've spoken to them by phone or been in the store.
